The current brush for archaeology is great, but it could be better. First of all, why use string? Feathers are the way to go. Also, I think a copper nugget should be used. An ingot might be too big, but a small nugget would make sense, due to the current coloring. Copper has been used for a variety of nifty tools, such as the spyglass, and I think that it would be a perfect fit for the brush. So 3 feathers, a nugget, and a stick. To take this even further, different nuggets (iron and gold) and maybe even other ores could be used for different colored brushes, but this is highly unlikely to happen. Although if this was implemented it might be a cool idea for finding that specific material. Brushes should also have enchantments! The most obvious would be a durability increase and a speed increase (the time to dig out loot). But what about a luck increase? An enchantment called "Luck" could be added, which would widen the number of materials that could be found at both the temple and the wells. It could have 3 stages, like looting, increasing in both usefulness and rarity. Maybe iron blocks, golden apples, and music discs could be specific types of loot found at the max level of Luck 3. This might be a bit OP, meaning that the Luck enchantment should be hard to find - maybe in desert temple loot chests only? Thanks for listening to my ideas!
