small grave

How about adding a small grave to the sakura biome where a golem statue will stand in the center (like a tuff one, but not a mob but a block). This will perfectly complement it, as if there was some kind of battle in which the loser was buried. So also the statue can be taken away because it will be possible to put an object on it as a frame. Or it is even possible for this grave to spawn immediately with an iron sword. Imagine you are walking, find such a forest in it, a grave with a cool statue - a frame (which cannot be stolen) and find an iron sword on it.
