When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Pinkstone

Pinkstone. A block that works exactly like redstone does but cannot connect to redstone itself. This way people can make more compact redstone builds without using repeaters.

For example, if you were making 2 identical things like memory next to each other, you could use pinkstone (or whatever it's called) in between 2 memory things made out of redstone, letting you fill in the space without the redstone connecting and messing up.

There would also be variants for torches, repeaters, comparators, blocks, and lamps (lamps are for decor purposes). Of course you can also craft things like pistons and targets with pinkstone.

How do you obtain pinkstone? This could be changed, but you could craft pinkstone by placing one redstone in a crafting grid to get one pinkstone, or vise versa. Or this could be done by smelting redstone in a furnace.

Overall, pinkstone would be a very useful feature that would be used by many redstoners across Minecraft.
