There have been some things that have made Chinese players very angry recently:
●Resist third-party launchers:
If the accelerator is not used in China, it is very difficult to run the Minecraft launcher because of network problems. So we all use third-party launchers to launch Minecraft Java. There are three famous launchers in China, PCL2, HMCL and BakaLX. But NetEase began to resist them because it prevented them from making money!
□NetEase reported that the launcher update log published by the PCL2 author "龙腾猫跃" in Bilbili was locked and could not be published.
□Netease also reported the "BakaXL 3.0 promo" released by the author of BakaXL "TT702" in Bilibili, and also made it locked and unable to release.
●Sue the private server owners:
□NetEase sued a private server owner and won. The server owner was sentenced to 3 years in prison!!! A private server means a Minecraft International Edition server that can be logged in offline. Isn't this an Minecraft International Edition server? It is none of NetEase's business! And aren't Microsoft and Mojang not allowed to set up private servers?
I think NetEase is just an agent of Minecraft in China, just an agent, and has no right to manage these things! Does NetEase want to sue every server owner once, and put tens of thousands of people in prison for three years? Now we Chinese players are boycotting and scolding NetEase.
