New Redstone Eye block [Detect the gaze of the players]

The 1.20 has brought a ton of content for almost all types of players, but I feel like there's one of them left behind and they also deserve to tell their own story.

That's why I propose 1 more block, the Redstone Eye, a block for Redstone lovers that allows detecting when players look at a specific point.

You could switch between the 3 modes by clicking in a similar way to repeaters.

Off mode: When looking at does not transmit the power level
Fast Mode: When looking at it instantly transmit 15 power levels
Slow mode: While looking at it increases 4 power levels each tick until it reaches 15
