Smithing Templates can be dug up from suspicious sand(/blocks)

It can be existing templates like the Dune smithing template, or it could be brand new templates.

This will be rare to find.

This binds two new features in the 1.20 update, Archeology and Armor trims, and also increase the loot table of archeology and makes archeology even more valuable.
