Make minecraft mods easier

Can minecraft have it's own shader? First i wan't to ask you mojang, why are you depends on mods/datapack/add-on but not just put it on the game? And like your minecraft trailer for java it literely says that java had more mods well..ok But my ideas is

●Make mods more easier: What i meant is don't make mods difficult to download make it easier and can be on every version, and it is hard to download it on mobile to hard i don't know how to do it just when download it OPEN WITH make it automaticly opens minecraft and imports

●Shaders: What if minecraft has it own shaders so it will be easy to have shaders.
