Add "minecraft:collision_box" to Minecraft: Java Edition datapacks

In Bedrock Edition's Behaviour Packs there is an Entity JSON property called "minecraft:collision_box" which allows you to change the collision_box of the entity. Currently in vanilla Java Edition, there is no way to add custom collision like that. The closest things are shulkers but they only allow you to place 1x1x1 collision boxes. It would be cool to get that feature to Java Edition's datapacks especially with the new "block_display" addition. At least for parity's sake.

    Honestly datapacks are surprisingly lackluster in a lot of ways... there are probably ways to do this, (ie. constantly teleporting the entity to give it the illusion of using the desired AI...) but it would be easier (and smoother, and cause less lag) to just make a mod...

    I hope they make datapacks more versatile in the future so that entities behavior, among other things, can be changed...
