More giant versions of current trees

It would add more variety and break up the monotony of each forest biome being the same as others. Not to mention a faster way to harvest wood. How about we get more giant versions of current trees? Mangrove trees for example. Maybe if we place propagules in a '+' shape we can get a larger tree that provides an even larger canopy in our swamps. Giant cherry blossom trees that are so majestic and grow mini flower fields underneath them. Giant acacia trees which look meatier and make savannah biomes more fun to explore. As a bonus, what if we also had palm trees? Perhaps a desert palm and a beach palm. This will breathe more life into our beaches and create soothing oasis in our dry deserts.
