I figured copper has very little utility, at least compared to IRL, so I came up with this idea that will not only give copper extreme utility and also give dye and honeycomb a new use, but also send circuitry in Minecraft to another level, a change on par with the creation of the microchip. You would craft the wire with a copper ingot, giving you a certain amount of it, and then craft coated copper wire with honeycomb surrounded in wire with any dye. You could place up to five different colors of wire on one block, and it would connect to the corresponding color, allowing you to be much more compact with circuitry. They would also be able to be placed on walls, and (this may be a stretch) placed between blocks, as shown in the concept art. I feel this addition could expand the ability of redstone exponentially. It may be a bit much to ask for, but let me know what you think.
