Better Phantoms

Instead of going after players, phantoms should go after villagers that haven't been able to sleep in a bed, either because they do not have one or because the player keeps taking it from them. This would not only lower the frequency they appear but also provide an additional benefit, that being when a player kills the phantoms attacking a villager (or maybe provides them with a bed) the villager will lower their trade prices (temporarily or permanently I don't know). This discount probably shouldn't be as significant as when they are cured, but it would still give the phantom another use other than being an annoyance.
