Pottery pot utility

I want to add new utility to poterry pots ,they wil be use to store water and potions like cauldron and you could put plants in these pots but it's not all ,for put a flower you must use water or potion ,the plants will drink the water or the potion which will dissipate over time, and if there is plenty of potion wood the plant will dissipate the potion in the air a few blocks around the pot and when you approach the pot with the plant we will have the potion effect until there is no more potion.
