If you right-click farmland with bone meal (or things like eggshells dropped from thrown eggs) the farmland will become fertilized farmland which gives you ~5% more items, and item like wheat itself or beetroots themselves unlike how fortune works. And for potatoes, you have a +2% chance of getting a poisonous potato
