The sniffer being able to be found in suspicious sand and ocean ruins

I realize that the sniffer will be found in suspicious sand but I do wish it could have been found in ocean ruins also. The ocean ruins are kind of boring to be honest and I’d love to see an amazing feature added to the ocean ruins again. Thanks for reading
