Ice Pick

A tool you can use to right click blue ice and it would turn to packed ice, then packed ice to ice, then ice to water similar to how axes strip logs. Would increase fishing lure when fishing in ice picked water.

  No the debug stick can't do that, as blue ice, packed ice and ice are different blocks.

  Also,. the ice pick should be able to mine ice like shears mine plants.

  People would use it on bedrock the same way they strip logs on bedrock
