more flexible prefix/suffix editor

New command /prefix & /suffix as supplement for /team modify prefix(suffix) (or event replace it)

prefix <targets> <texts>
suffix <targets> <texts>

example: /prefix @s [{"text":"example","italic":false}]

Reason:

Currently the /team modify prefix(suffix) option only supports one single prefix and suffix per team, you are unable to set different prefix or suffix for members in the same team.

/prefix and  /suffix allow players to edit prefixes and suffixes separately with much more flexibility.
