Piglins can use a pickaxe

If a player places blocks around a Piglin by trapping it, they also can use a pickaxe to mine their way out.

    For the most part, only players are designed to alter the blocks/world, not mobs. None will be given the ability to mine.

    This will never happen due to Mojang’s “Damage is player initiated” rule

    the exceptions are 

    Endermen however their restrictions are overly plentiful blocks.

    Creepers with their explosive tendencies, however they predate the rule.

    Wither, however almost every player is aware that their home is gonna be leveled by the wither and thus they go faraway. Also the wither is summoned therefore player initiated.

    Ender Dragon can break almost anything but is structure bound and cannot be brought elsewhere.
