New Structure: Ice Temple

The Ice biomes are really fun but they need more stuff going on - they often become neglected because there is not much you can do there other than collect ice or fight polar bears. 

It would be really cool to have a Temple structure in the Ice biomes, maybe guarded by a giant polar bear or even have a new mob. You could dig through ice or at the surface to find it hidden below, or it would be in an ice cave, maybe incorporate the new crystal blocks like Calcite, and find rare treasure like Amethyst shards or Quartz pillars. Why not even have an Ice Witch who has an evil lair in the cave too?
