Increase the rate of enchanted books in structures

Most would rather enchant using the enchantment table or villagers, and there is not much purpose for exploring to gather treasure enchantments.

    My idea is to make certain enchantments be available exclusively on certain structures, and some common powerful enchantments be available as a highest tier trade.

    For structure specific ones

    • Igloos: Frost Walker.
    • Jungle Temple: Infinity
    • Nether Fortress: Fire Protection
    • Pillager Outposts: Crossbow exclusive enchantments
    • Ocean Ruins, Shipwrecks, Buried Treasure: Trident exclusive enchantments

    Highest Tier exclusive trades

    • Mending
    • Unbreaking

    Then the rest are part of the regular trade cycles.
