Iron Mech

You can right-click the mech to ride in it. You craft it with iron and redstone . Also see 16x16 Crafting Table. It will also shot TNT when left-clicking. Vote for this and you will turn into Dream.

    I like the idea of an Iron Golem Mech Suit. You would have to get the head of an iron golem and craft it with Iron Blocks.
