Pillagers and Iceologers

Pillager outposts can now spawn in snowy areas. The difference between a snow pillager outpost and a regular one is that Iceologers and Illusioners can spawn here. Illusioners rarely drop a splash potion of blindness, a new loot potion that cannot be brewed or crafted.
