Dogs and Nether Hounds

Since Ocelots and Cats are separate mobs, Dogs should be added as a counterpart to Wolves, with skins that resemble many domestic dog breeds.
Wither Skeletons drop Withered Bones, and when fed to a wolf, it transforms into a Nether Hound. Can also be crafted into Withered Bonemeal, which sounds pretty useless, but you guys could figure out a cool thing to use that for

Edit: OR, Nether Hounds could be their own separate mob that exclusively spawn in the Nether. They can be tamed with Withered Bones or Blaze Rods.

    I disagree with the addition of dogs, purely because a lot of dog breeds are highly unethical and dogs and wolves are basically the same animal, where as ocelots and domestic cats are extremely different, hence the change. I do like the idea of a Nether Hound though, so voted.
