Diamond With Netherite Trims should not require Netherite to Upgrade

Netherite is already a very difficult resource to obtains so I think any diamond armor with netherite trims should not need more netherite to upgrade (just use the netherite already on the armor!). This will also solve the issue of creating netherite with netherite trims so I think it makes sense!
