non consumable smithing templates

i don't care if the upgrade is consumable or not but the cosmetic trims shouldn't be consumable because it would make the smithing trim system more similar to the banner pattern system and it would also make it so that you don't have to spend insane amounts of diamonds to get a cosmetic trim. keep the duplication crafting though so that you can share the trim patterns with your friends
