Indians

  • Totem pole If you see a totem pole in Minecraft then it means you are in the territory of the Indians. And they attacked you like a burning bow and arrow.

    It's more proper to call them Native Americans. I think this idea feels too real world and isn't Minecrafty enough.

    Natives would be nice to add to Minecraft, but not like this because that was just insulting and offensive, so to fix that the Natives will have different customs based around what they typically do (simplified in a Minecraft manner) in different styles and ways while also having a natural feel to them.

    I think its a good idea. It could be a mix between villagers and pillagers, so they have villages with tipis but they will attack you. Maybe you can get friends with them and then you can trade with them.

    All of these terms are acceptable. Both Indians and Native Americans are fine. There is nothing racist about it. Including an Indian like creature could be super cool with its own unique customs, weapons, lifestyle, and art. They could use fish similar to bonemeal when gardening and they could have cool masks. They could be friendly or hostile.

    Neat idea, but I think villagers and illagers already fill that niche. It would be cool to see some more American inspiration around Minecraft; a lot of stuff like teepees, feather decorations, and wattle/stick-based houses are missing. Plus, the tools and animals in the game are very old-world-centric
