Better Merchants

Late game the blacksmith is useless because it can't bring items to level 263. This means that any gear that has great enchants and a perfect gild cannot be used once an item is received from the tower. Along with this the gift wrapper can not regift items and also had a cap, like the blacksmith. This makes both merchants nearly useless when the hero gets to max, making the only way to get max favourite gear grinding the tower.
