Beekeeper

A wooden plank with 2d beekeeper supplies designed on it as a block placed near a jobless villager can turn them into a beekeeper! The beekeeper can move bees into beehives, harvest honeycomb, and place/dig flowers. The trades can include honeycomb, flowers, beehives, honey bottles, and maybe a tool that can get added if the beekeeper gets added to minecraft.
