defendable villagers

villagers in a village are equipped with stone swords and are able to defend themselves from monsters and players.

    Villagers are pacifists, Mojang said it themselves. No villager is going to be able to fight in any way or form (besides their zombified form). No offense whatsoever, and I say this very respectfully, but I’m not too sure how this idea was accepted…
