Resident blocks can be turned on/off to build.

Resident profession blocks are often used in construction. They are very beautiful and fit the style of many buildings, but if you fill the city or any other building with villagers, then often these blocks get in the way. The building acquires a center of gravity for NPCs, who often just crowd around it all day.

I propose to add a lock to the menu of different profession blocks, when switching which we will allow villagers to take a profession from this block or not.
