(Java Parity) Banners as markers on maps

I just think it will be nice to have this feature implemented. I saw it in a "Fun Facts" video maybe 3-4 years ago and was really disappointed and sad that it wasn't in Bedrock. It's not a very big change, but it's a big deal to me and others.

    This needs to be implemented into bedrock. Huge update for some of us who like to be organized. Wouldn't theoretically be a difficult one to implement, compared to some of the newer ones.

    This would be so much better than having to copy maps
