Train parrots and dogs so other people can access them

So basically this would make it so other people can pickup and sit ur parrot if u trained it to respond to them and same with dogs let's say ur friends in danger and ur too far away to help just have ur dog trained and make it stand and it will teleport to the person to help. This would be great for multiplayer survival and it would make it soo much easier to make sure everyones safe.
