Mobile touch controls

For the "joystick and aim crosshair" control options, we should be able to resize and change the position of the buttons of the HUD. This is to allow greater customization of the touch controls to make them more fit and comfortable for each individual.

  I do find it annoying to have the Jump and Sneak on the top of the screen while also having Spirint in like the middle. It's inconvenient but with D-Pad controls, some stuff like catching fish in buckets won't be feasible.
