(Java Parity) Update Bedrock's Particles

Update the Bedrock's Particles similar to Java's because bedrock just looks cheap and a ripoff right now in terms of gameplay and quality of life, I'd like Java's Critical Hit Heart Particles, and Enchanted Items Particles, it'd really be a great addition don't you think?
