(Java Parity) Off hand usage

Give Bedrock players ability to hold the same items in the off hand as Java.

    Mobile touch controls were recently updated so hopefully we get this very soon.

    Please add the possibility to create addons of other dimensions like in Java

    Yeah I understand that some things with the off hand would be hard for mobile and console versions of bedrock but they should add at least add being able to duel wield and hold torches with the off hand.

    I doubt this would be much of an issue for consoles.

    This is semi-implemented, however you can only use shears
