Clarification: I'm not suggesting adding all of this to the next version, but I am suggesting that some ideas be considered.
Part of Minecraft community is in south america, and taking into account that one of the topics to be covered in this next update is cultural self-expression,It may be a good idea to add some things from the cultures and nations of South America. For Example:
Orchid:
The Orchid is a tropical plant located in mainly in Colombia, this plant has many types of flower colors, but it is quite known for its pink flowers. The function of this plant is only decorative, so it can work like any flower in the game
Capybara:
Capybaras are giant rodents native to South America and can be found near rivers, they may also eat aquatic plants. This will function like any other mob in the game, spawning near rivers and feeding on algae.
Wax Palm:
It is a palm native to the Andean forests in Colombia and northern Peru. This would work like any other tree in the game, with its sapling, its variations of wood, etc... and it would be an opportunity to add another type of wood color, in this case, a light gray color. These palms could be generated in mountains NOT snowy.
