Hanging Sign changes

I think the Hanging sign should swing when hit by projectiles like snowballs, arrows, tridents, etc. similar to how bells swing. Maybe they could give a red stone output when hit, which could be really cool! 

Another addition that would be cool is if they could get covered with snow during a snowstorm, similar to how a grass block's texture changes when snow is on top. I feel like this could help add to the atmosphere to many snowy villages and towns. Maybe the snow could get cleared off when his by a projectile too!
