Villagers should do their jobs properly

part of my project illagers are misunderstood and iron golem attacks (fun concepts) im going to change these mobs and make them all better 

The villagers are alright but only the farmer actually does something.

1st the fisher so he should use a fishing rod and go out every 3 days to fish for 2 days and will only fish at large watery areas.if he finds junk he will leave it but will take fish with him.

The black smith/weapon smith/tool smith/armourer they will actually make stuff and put it on for sale and depending on the level they are on then the chance you'll find rarer items and sometimes enchanted

  Librarians will use a spell book to cast spells on allies for example the iron golem gets a hp and strength boost or villagers get a shield around them that reduces damage and heals them

  Enemies well librarians can place spells such as weakness,blindness and slowness but not to harm enemies but to slow them and make it easier for you to deal with 

  Shepherds will shear sheep,milk cows and breed and raise animals.

  this makes sense. it would add some interesting game play
