Free Enderman, dragon scales, and Enderman traders

FREE THE END

The Endermen were originally supposed to have blue eyes, but that was changed with the ender Dragon, I feel that when you defeat the dragon and "Free the End" that Endermen should change to have blue eyes, similar to the warped forest, (where they appear) these freed Endermen would not react to you looking in their eyes and would not drop ender pearls,

AGRO ENDERMEN

There would be multiple areas in the end where purple eyed Endermen would still live, so you can still access ender pearls, these post dragon "purple" Endermen would also have a chance to drop dragon scales that could be traded with a traveling Enderman,

TRAVELING ENDERMAN

Similar to the traders it would appear for a certain amount of time and then leave (teleport, despawn) you could trade with it for some new late game items. Only one of these mobs could be spawned in a world at once, (presumably only one exists), it can spawn in the overworld, the warped forest, and the end. If it takes too much damage it teleports away (despawns with a particle effect) cannot actually die
