New command, /replaceallblock

The command would let you replace ALL of a certain block in your current chunk or even in the whole world, Example: /replaceallblock gray_concrete light_gray_concrete It would really help in builds where if you use a wrong color or want to quickly change a block in a certain area to another without taking the time to dig it all up!

    Although with some limitation, this can be achieved using

    /fill <x> <y> <z> <dx> <dy> <dz> <New Block> replace <Block to be Replaced>

    And within the current snapshots, the maximum amount of blocks can be increased.
