Fix the Halloween Texture Pack

The sky and fog of the Halloween used to be orange with purple clouds in the day time. Now the shader has been removed, ruining the effect. I ask that this be returned so that this texture pack people pay real money for gets fixed. Especially now that we can no longer download shaders from a third party. If we can't fix it ourselves it should be fixed! I know many would love to see this texture pack returned to its full glory.
