camel saddle

It doesn't make sense for a horse saddle so small to fit on a big animal like a camel. For this reason, add a camel saddle and it can be found in the desert temple chests

    I believe the saddle item is just a generic object, not just a "horse saddle". They change sizes whether on horse, pig, or camel.
