ender observatory

A structure that could spawn in the end, I imagine it would look a lot like the comet observatory from mario galaxy. It spawns in that place with the end city (I dont know what its called), its three layers and plays kind of like a dungeon, the bottom layer just has kind of mediocre items, the next layer has slightly better stuff, and the final layer is super good. the interior doesn't resemble a dungeon however, it looks like an office complex. only the top layer actually looks like something used for space travel. mobs that spawn are ender mites and endermen.
