Cheat Seperation

In the bedrock cheat section you can enable cheats, but doing so enables every single cheat you could possibly use. 

Personally, this is too much of a temptation. Sometimes I want to have keep inventory, but I dont want to be able to use commands or any of the other cheats.

I'm not saying that this should make it so people could get achievements with it or anything, I'm just suggesting a way to only enable a single cheat at a time, (and possibly a way to permanently lock other cheats) so I don't "accidentally" /give myself a full set of Netherite armor.
