Boost Charged Creepers

Charged Creepers are rare and special entities within Minecraft. But they are not a formidable enemy. More than a treasure, Charged Creepers (artificially generated or by default) should be more resistant enemies. Upgrades would include:

1. Increasing their attack strength from 97 to 100, which would make them able to one shot an Iron Golem (even a bit more if possible).

2. Increase their hp from 20 (or less due to lightning hit) to 50, to prevent them from dying from lightning strike.
