Make mob griefing not a cheat

I am tired of creepers spawning in and blowing up something that I worked hard on

    In 1.19.3, they added a game rule that controls the drop decay for explosions of TNT, mobs, and blocks. Just set mobExplosionDropDecay to false, and creeper explosions of builds will become less punishing.

    That's the challenge of the intended gameplay experience. If players don't want that challenge, there are commands to disable them. Though, mob griefing should have subcategories to specify which mob to toggle on/off.
