120fps for new gen consoles

I notice that in the graphics settings of the game you change your fps from 10 to 240 so how come my console cap at 60 when I can change it to 120fps and there's also a feature for Ray tracing. How come it's not integrated. Mojang or Microsoft please put this on the next update I really wanna play minecraft on 120fps
