Turn the Elder Guardian into an Actual Boss

I think having more actual bosses with health meters would be amazing. I think we should have to spawn the elder guardian and it should have a health meter like the wither and the ender dragon. Honestly I think all the temples should have bosses or something if the sort. Obviously though, we should start with the elder guardian. The elder guardian should only be able to be spawned in the ocean temples.
