increase the size of falling blocks

Add the ability to increase the size of falling block using nbt tag, as it is for slimes and fantoms. It will be very useful for creating maps, plugins and stuff like that.

    Btw, it was invented to the game in (i guess) better form in snapshot 23w05a as block display, even without this post getting thousands of votes. I am author if anything
