New weapon: Chained Double Axe

This would be the first double axe in the game, with an amazing feature. Like every other weapon, you can hit enemies, except this weapon would have the sweeping effect (Java only, unless the sweeping effect is added to bedrock) and a throwing ability. To do this you would right click (hold on mobile) and the axe would be throwed with a chain behind it, then the axe comes back, envisioning the player pulled the chain back. The damage would be double the regular axe, and the crafting recipe could be 2 axes combined with chains and something else maybe. I do heavily recommend this be only on iron, diamond, and netherite, as this would be a late game weapon for players to use.
