Crack Down on Suggestions

There are so many suggestions that are not actually suggestions, and half of these not-suggestions are empty. It’s annoying to sort through.

    There should be a minimum character count for a post, and maybe a filter to see the most up-voted comments which should reduce the number of repeated comments. Given post max out at 1,000 comments it can be frustrating to run across an older poster and not add something new but see dozens of the same comment across the sub-pages (usually "Good Idea"). Which honestly is the point of the vote button...comments should be critics and constructive feedback on the post.
